  • Oil (we like rapeseed oil)
  • Veggie stock cubes
  • Tomato purée
  • White or brown rice
  • Dry pasta
  • Dry noodles
  • Green lentils
  • Plain flour
  • Chickpea flour (or Gram flour)
  • Oats
  • Dried yeast
  • White sugar
  • Honey

Seasoning & spices:

  • Salt (our choice is smoked salt)
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin seeds
  • Tumeric
  • Fresh garlic
  • Fresh ginger (you can peel it & freeze in chunks)
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Rice or white wine vinegar
  • Sriracha hot sauce
