Before you get stuck into our plans, we expect you’ll have a few questions that we’ll try to pre-emptively answer.
I never stick to the meal plan 100%, especially when certain veggies aren’t in season or we have to swap something due to allergies. Whilst attempting to write this I realised that we actually leave quite a lot of of some recipes; a handful of nuts here, some particular kind of oil there. So if something doesn’t appear in the shopping list it’s because I probably won’t bother with it, but that doesn’t mean you can’t. Feel free to take this with a pinch of salt! Our quick-dinner days are Tuesday and Thursday (gym days!) and Friday usually includes a bit of a treat.
