Another week of ‘buy first then figure it out later’! I’m liking this way of doing things, although it’s definitely a learning curve. Next week we probably won’t have a proper meal plan up but I have a special one in mind, so keep an eye out. We use a few different kinds of garlic this week but if you can’t find it I’d just chuck in some normal garlic. You might need to edit the pesto recipe a bit though. If you need any help please comment!
Meal Plan
Sunday
Lunch: Spring garlic fried eggs
Dinner: Roast cauliflower (We served this with rice & lentils.)
Monday
Lunch: Posh mushrooms on toast
Dinner: Homemade (or store bought) pasta with wild garlic pesto
Tuesday
Lunch: Sandwiches
Dinner: Red cabbage & potato hash with roasted radishes
Wednesday
Lunch: Sandwiches
Dinner: Cauliflower, potato & carrot curry
Thursday
Lunch: Leftover curry
Dinner: Flatbread with rainbow chard & feta (We used rainbow chard instead of beetroot leaves!)
Friday
Lunch: Spring garlic pancakes
Dinner: Game night! Go on, treat yourself to takeaway.
