Another week of ‘buy first then figure it out later’! I’m liking this way of doing things, although it’s definitely a learning curve. Next week we probably won’t have a proper meal plan up but I have a special one in mind, so keep an eye out. We use a few different kinds of garlic this week but if you can’t find it I’d just chuck in some normal garlic. You might need to edit the pesto recipe a bit though. If you need any help please comment!
Dinner: Cauliflower, potato & carrot curry
Lunch: Leftover curry
Dinner: Flatbread with rainbow chard & feta (We used rainbow chard instead of beetroot leaves!)
Lunch: Spring garlic pancakes
Dinner: Game night! Go on, treat yourself to takeaway.
Fruit and Vegetables:
- Onions x2
- Carrots x2
- Rainbow chard
- 1/2 cabbage
- Young garlic
- Wild garlic
- Sandwich fillings
