A couple of repeats in this week’s meal plan from last week, but mostly because they were yummy! If you are following the meal plans in order then we pushed back the sourdough pizza from last Friday. But, it’s now our favourite pizza base recipe so you can always have it twice! 🍕🍕🍕

Meal Plan


Lunch: Berry omelette
Dinner: Homemade sourdough pizza


Lunch: Cooked breakfast with eggs, beans & (veggie) sausages
Dinner:  Wet & wild garlic risotto (If you can’t find wild garlic, we’d just use more cheese!)


Lunch: Creamed leek tart & salad
Dinner:  Icelandic veg & oat soup

Lunch:  Fish finger sandwiches (or alternate filling of your choice)
Dinner:  Baked potatoes with broccoli & cheese sauce


Lunch: 15min tomato soup
Dinner:  Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce over Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Rice


Lunch: Leftover potatoes, kale and sausages
Dinner: Eating out
